Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel: Eiffel Tower Views

The Eiffel Tower, Right Outside Your Balcony

If you’re looking for a hotel overlooking the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France, Pullman is bound to catch your eye.
But choosing between a balcony room and a standard view room can get confusing.

When I was choosing where to stay, I cared less about the promise of seeing the Eiffel Tower and more about how the view differed from room to room.

My advice: if you’re visiting as a couple and the view is the whole point, choose a room that explicitly lists both an Eiffel Tower view and a balcony.

The location worked well for exploring the area around the Eiffel Tower.
Choose your room in this order: view, balcony, then bed configuration.

The Eiffel Tower’s Proximity Was the Reason to Stay

If the Eiffel Tower is the centerpiece of your trip, this is a hotel where spending more on location and a view can make sense.

What stood out to me during my stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel was just how close it is to the Eiffel Tower. That was the real draw.
The view outside the hotel and the landmark I’d come to see felt like part of the same experience.
Long rows of balconies run across each floor of the building.
Still, you won’t get the same view from every room.

Eiffel Tower–facing roomsand garden-facing rooms are different options, so make sure you book the one that fits your plans.

A Convenient Base for the Champ de Mars and the Seine

The hotel is in the 15th arrondissementof Paris, France.
It was a convenient spot for combining the Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars, and a walk along the Seine.

Getting back to the hotel after visiting the Eiffel Tower was straightforward, too.

  • Address: 18 avenue de Suffren; entrance at 22 rue Jean Rey

  • Transportation: Near Bir-Hakeim metro station and Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel railway station

  • Check-in and checkout: Check-in from 4 p.m.; checkout by 11 a.m.

  • Luggage storage: Listed as complimentary on Trip.com

The Louvre and the Marais aren’t right outside the hotel, though.
If you’re exploring all of Paris, factor in time on public transportation.

The more time you plan to spend around the Eiffel Tower, the more useful this location becomes.

Check the Room’s View Before You Check for a Balcony

Bed and balcony configuration (Photo: Trip.com)

When choosing a room, whether it has a balconyis only part of the picture.
Some Classic rooms have balconies overlooking the garden.

If you’re booking for the Eiffel Tower, that view needs to be spelled out in the room name.

Traveling with

Room to consider

What to check

Two people, as a couple

Deluxe room with a view

Balcony explicitly listed

Two friends

Deluxe Twin

View and bed configuration

Children

Family Suite

Occupancy limit and bedding

Deluxe Eiffel Tower View rooms are listed as 32 square meters, or about 344 square feet. That’s the advertised room size.
Check the configuration: king or twin beds, and whether a sofa bed is included.

Even if there’s a sofa bed, you still need to confirm that the room can accommodate everyone in your family.
High-floor Deluxe rooms are sold as a separate room category.
Adding a high-floor request to your booking isn’t the same as reserving that category.

Enter your travel dates, then compare prices for rooms with the same view.

Breakfast Is a Buffet, and There’s No Pool

At this hotel, the bigger attraction wasn’t resort-style amenities, but the city view. That was the main appeal for me.
The way the room and balcony frame the Eiffel Tower is part of what makes this hotel distinctive.

It isn’t the right fit if you’re looking for a pool-centered hotel stay.
Breakfast is served buffet-style.You choose what you’d like from the spread.
Since breakfast is served in a dining area, whether it’s included in your rate is a useful point of comparison when booking.

I’d check how many guests are covered and what’s included before focusing on individual menu items.
One Agoda guest review mentioned being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the breakfast area.
That’s a paraphrase of the review, not a direct quote.

Don’t take it to mean every seat offers the same view.

Even This Close to the Eiffel Tower, Photo Angles Vary by Room

The drawback is how much the view can vary. It’s worth keeping that in mind.
The Eiffel Tower is close, but your floor and balcony position can affect the angle you need to fit the whole tower into a photo.

Agoda reviews also mention disappointing photo angles from lower floors.
The best approach is to look at photos of your specific room category alongside recent reviews.
Distinguish between high-floor and standard Deluxe rooms,

and ask about any structures or construction that might obstruct the view.
Older reviews mentioning construction don’t tell you what conditions are like today.
I wouldn’t recommend every room equally just because it’s labeled as having an Eiffel Tower view.
If photo composition matters to you, it’s worth spending extra time on room selection.

Compare the View and Cancellation Terms Together

One reason to start looking at bookings now is that you can first decide on the room featuresthat matter most to you.
Enter your dates and guest count, then match the view, balcony, and breakfast inclusions across listings.

Cancellation policies apply to the individual rate you book, not to the hotel as a whole.

If a rate includes free cancellation, check the exact deadline and applicable time zone.
For breakfast-inclusive rates, confirm how many people are covered.

I couldn’t verify credit card discounts or rewards during this search, so I haven’t counted them as booking perks.
The two platforms may offer different terms even for the same room.
Compare the final amount duealong with any charges payable separately to make a fair comparison.

The first price you see on the screen doesn’t necessarily tell the whole story.

Practical Tips: Luggage Storage and Room Names

Hotel lobby and circulation areas (Photo: Trip.com)

Secure the view through the room category you book, rather than relying on a special request.

Betravel Tip
Check that your booking confirmation lists both “Eiffel Tower View” and “Balcony.”
It’s easy to confuse these with garden-view rooms that also have a balcony.
Betravel Tip
If you arrive in the morning, plan to leave your bags in storage while you head out.
Complimentary luggage storage is advertised, but

early check-in depends on whether your room is ready.
Betravel Tip
When booking with children, enter everyone’s actual age and the full guest count.
Don’t assume a sofa bed means extra-guest charges or additional bedding are included.

Check Cancellation Deadlines and Extra Charges Before Paying

Q. How late can I cancel for free?
A. It depends on the terms of the specific room rate.
For rates marked “free cancellation,” check the deadline, time zone, and cancellation charges that apply afterward.

Q. Can I check in as soon as I arrive in the morning?
A. Standard check-in starts at 4 p.m.
Ask in advance whether early check-in is available and whether it costs extra.

Q. Are there any on-site charges beyond the booking price?
A. Check whether taxes are included, whether a deposit is required, and whether breakfast costs extra.
A deposit is separate from the room charge. Confirm how it’s collected and returned before booking.

Q. Can we use the sofa bed when traveling with a child?
A. That depends on the room’s occupancy limit and bedding policy.
Enter your child’s age and the full guest count, then check the extra-bed conditions for that room.
For couples, a Deluxe room with a balcony and an Eiffel Tower viewis the first option I’d compare.
With children, start by checking the Family Suite’s occupancy limit and bedding arrangements.

For friends traveling together, narrowing the search to twin-bed configurations makes choosing easier.

At Pullman, Book Eiffel Tower Views Through the Room Name

The location is useful if much of your itinerary centers on the Eiffel Tower. Couples should compare rooms that explicitly include both a view and a balcony. Before booking, match the breakfast inclusions, cancellation terms, and final price.

For me, Pullman made the appeal of staying close to the Eiffel Tower clear.
Choose a room that fits that purpose, and it’s a hotel I can recommend.

Double-check the basic hotel information and policies just before booking.
